Born in Romania in 1987, Adina Tulai is an artist with a multidisciplinary background. Her interest in painting and graphic art dates back to her teenage years. In parallel with her artistic preoccupations, Adina Tulai studied landscape architecture. After graduating, she moved to Germany where she worked with and trained under several of the worlds leading hypereallism masters including Dirk Dzimirsky and Phillip Weber where she gained extensive experience in graphite and charcoal drawings as well as oil painting.
Much of her current work is focused on figurative art and portraiture because it aims to capture the inner world of human being. Why is this? Because contemporary society is going through an identity crisis due to a greater focus on consumerism, which has dulled sensitivity to spirituality.
